Hello all and Happy New Year. Here's the latest update on Luca!

The Big News is....
He's gotten his bottom right front tooth. It's been giving him fits, but it's finally here. Now he has all the rest of them to worry over. The worst part is that it's keeping him (and us) up all night. The best part is this funny little face that he makes (see below).
As of this morning, Luca is:
- Doing this scrunchy, lips puckered, squinty face that's pretty darn cute. Photos pending;
- Saying, "Mamamamamama";
- Outgrowing all of his "old" clothes and toys.
- Sitting up for extended periods with no help from us (see the new pics);
- Rolling all the way over;
- Laughing at everything. He's soooo ticklish;
- Laughing in his dreams;
- Eating cereal and baby food from a spoon! He's a natural. (He IS a Sims, after all.);
- Learning to pick things up and put them in his mouth (Fun!);
- Drooling, (comes with the teething territory);
- Bouncing in his springy-hanging-from-the-door swing.
Well the holidays have passed, and it's back to the routine. We all got a good dose of the flu over Christmas, and spent the weekend in bed. If you've had it already, I don't have to tell you how miserable we were. If you haven't, pray that you don't.
We spent New Years up at the lake with some of the best friends in the world. Luca got meet all of Daddy's friends from out of town, and can't wait to see them all again. I'm thinking that his first full sentence might be, "The Parkers ROCK!"
School's started again for Dad, and Mom's just keeping up the good work being Mom. Our next task: Baby Proofing the House!
